Some people will not buy a property where there are rehabs near.

well… would you really wanna pay high prices to live in a neighborhood where drug addicts run rampant?

It’s like, would you like to invest your hard earned money to build a $400,000 house in a neighborhood where all the houses are either 1.) 80,000 or 2.) All around is trashy.

And this does not mean any discrimination of people. It is purely money investment.

Drug rehabs, land fills, half-way houses, county retention jails just happens to fall in these catagories.

Your money will not work for you…………….
