have anybody been in a such position before please i need a real help nothing is working out and i dont want to go to Drug Rehabilitation Center

Drug Rehabilitation Center would be my first suggestion. However, you say you do not wish to do that so I would say soft music, meditation may help. focus on getting well. Call a friend … You can beat this just work thru the hard part. Keep telling yourself you are worth more than this and life will get easy. You can also call a local AA meeting place for advice.
